Ranchbot Raises Over US$15 Million Series B and establishes U.S. Holding Company to Accelerate Global Growth
Round led by Lewis & Clark Partners and Fulcrum Global Capital cements Fort Worth as global headquarters and fuels Ranchbot’s drive to lead ranch technology while continuing to evolve broader agriculture and water management solutions for the managers of livestock, wildlife and natural capital.
FORT WORTH, Texas — Aug 10, 2026 — Ranchbot today announced the successful completion of its Series B financing, raising over US$15 million (A$22 million) and, as part of the round, a corporate "flip-up" that establishes Ranchbot Technology Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the group's new global parent company.
The transaction marks a significant milestone in Ranchbot's evolution from an Australian technology pioneer into a global ranch technology company championing a sub-sector of agtech it helped create, while continuing to evolve broader agricultural and water management solutions with its worldwide headquarters now based in Fort Worth, Texas.
The financing brings together one of the strongest investor syndicates in global agricultural technology, led by Lewis & Clark Partners, with participation from Fulcrum Global Capital, Builders VC, The Cultiv8 Livestock Technology Fund, Lever VC and Macdoch Ventures.
"This raise is an important milestone for our company and our dedicated team, who have worked for more than a decade to deliver solutions for the ranching and farming communities of the United States and Australia" said Andrew Coppin, Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Ranchbot.
“After an extensive search, we believe we have brought together a group of investors whose experience and networks can materially help us grow, create better solutions and explore new paths to market as we scale in the coming years. This capital allows us to resource up and expand development across both hardware and software to do even more for our customers. Together with our investors, we are investing in the future of ranching."
Ranchbot will deploy the new capital to expand its team across the United States and Australia, iterate on its existing products while building out new adjacent technologies, and pursue collaborations and partnerships that deliver more complete, integrated solutions to customers, deepening its core water management capabilities while broadening the platform toward the full set of assets producers depend on: livestock, wildlife and natural capital (soil, pasture and biodiversity) and other on ranch/farm infrastructure.
"Water is one of the most critical inputs in cattle production, yet managing water infrastructure remains highly manual across much of the industry. Ranchbot has built a category-leading platform that is delivering meaningful operational value for producers, and we are excited to partner with the team as they continue building the leading water infrastructure management platform," said Chuck Warta, Operating Partner, Lewis & Clark Partners.
Today Ranchbot supports more than 12,000 customers responsible for managing approximately 10 million cattle and 15 million sheep across Australia, North America and other international markets.
As climate volatility, labor shortages and rising input costs reshape global agriculture, the resilience and sustainability of the food supply chain has never mattered more. Ranchbot is building the technology layer for the modern ranch. This represents a single, real-time view of the assets that matter most, powered by state-of-the-art IoT devices and near real-time satellite connectivity that let producers effectively remote-control their operations from anywhere. By turning field data into actionable insights, the platform helps ranchers and farmers lift productivity and profitability, while reducing labor and fuel costs, protecting animal welfare, and safeguarding the natural resources that the world's food supply depends on.
"Ranchbot addresses one of the largest operational challenges facing livestock producers today by transforming remote infrastructure into connected, actionable intelligence. The company's combination of mission-critical hardware, recurring software, and measurable customer ROI has created a platform producers trust and continue to expand," said Duane Cantrell, Managing Partner, Fulcrum Global Capital.
“Ranchbot is turning one of ranching's oldest, most thankless chores into a user friendly, must-have platform with real-time satellite water monitoring that generates significant ROI for farmers, in a massive global market Ranchbot has barely begun to tap. Beyond the ranch, this data unlocks real value for insurers, lenders, and supply chain partners looking for better visibility into livestock and land management," said James Caffyn, Partner, Lever VC.
