We find creative ways to invest in growing companies, in two primary stages. At the venture stage, typically Series A through C, we invest in innovative businesses that are rapidly scaling with established product-market fit and on a clear path to scale. At the growth stage, we have a flexible entry point, backing proven, profitable companies poised to accelerate growth and market leadership. We invest globally, with targeted focus on North America and rural America.

Initial investments range from $5 million to $10 million, ensuring we provide meaningful capital aligned with each company's growth stage and strategic objectives, as well as reserving a significant amount for follow-on.
