Lewis & Clark Partners Announces Key Team Promotions
St. Louis, MO — May 15, 2025 — Lewis & Clark Partners (aka Lewis & Clark AgriFood), a St. Louis-based growth equity investment firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of three team members in recognition of their continued contributions to the firm’s mission and growth as leaders in investing in the AgriFood industry.
With almost $400 million in assets under management, Lewis & Clark AgriFood invests in innovative, technology oriented, growth-stage companies transforming the food, agriculture, and sustainable materials value chains.
The following individuals have been promoted:
Bryce Wilberding has been promoted to Vice President. In his expanded role, Bryce will continue to lead investment research, due diligence, and deal execution at the firm. His previous experience includes operations and investment roles at the Stanford GSB Impact Fund, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Trailhead Capital, and aquaculture tech startup BioFeyn. A U.S. Army veteran, Bryce brings leadership experience from his deployment to Afghanistan, and across various artillery and reconnaissance units. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MS in Environment and Resources from the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability, and a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy.
Lily Reed has been promoted to Senior Associate. A core member of the investment team, Lily plays a leading role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Her deep operational and financial background, shaped by her experience as Head of Finance at AI SaaS startup Idiomatic, brings a unique perspective to the firm’s growth-stage investing. Lily partners closely with founders and management teams while also driving internal diligence and strategic initiatives across the portfolio. She earned her BS in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Texas A&M University, graduating with honors.
Imai Anabayan has been promoted to Senior Analyst. Imai plays a critical role in investment research, diligence, and investment execution. Prior to joining Lewis & Clark, he was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at William Blair, advising healthcare clients on M&A and capital markets transactions. He holds a BS in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University.
